Box Office Policies
- Will Call: Tickets may be picked up starting 90 minutes prior to the event start time. Only the cardholder with valid photo I.D. and the credit card used can pick up tickets.
- Types of Payment Accepted: We accept AMEX, VISA, MC, DISCOVER and cash. The first day a show goes on sale we accept CASH ONLY from Noon-1pm.
- All other sales are done in person at the HRH Box Office, through a casino host, through our website or by calling (800) 745-3000.
- Unless otherwise noted, we have an 8-ticket limit for purchasing tickets.
- Unless otherwise noted, anyone under the age of 6 is restricted from attending our events.
